Pumpkin carving time

Tonight we did our Pumpkin carving. It was Chaces first time and he acted just like Mason did on his first time. They both hate cleaning out the mushy inside.









He kept trying to put the lid back on....





Notice Mason had to use our ice cream scooper and not his hands....









Scotland in deep thought over what he should carve????



I made mine into a bird cage for my owl....



End results...




I don't love Halloween but I love family traditions. I love the smell of fall and pumpkin seeds cooking and being all cozy inside your house with your family. It dosen't get much better than this!


DISNEY ON ICE!




Saturday night I took Mason to Disney on ice at the Rose Garden. He loved it and didn't sit back in his seat once. He was right on the edge and his eye's were so big with amazment! Cool story...we got there and I was looking for our seats. I bought tickets in the first row of the second section. The lady even showed me a picture where we would be sitting when I bought my tickets at the box office weeks ago. A usher noticed I was confussed and lost and she offered to help me. After looking at the tickets she directed us to go down to the front row of the first level. THE VERY FRONT ROW! I told her no there must be some mistake I didn't pay for the first level front row and I didn't want to get kicked out by someone that actually bought those tickets then have to come all the way back up here. Mason would not like that. She told us as long as we are holding these tickets no one can kick us out because that's the seats that match our tickets. We sat there and got to watch the whole thing from "front row". It was so cool to have all the characters come right up to Mason and see them at eye level. It was pretty cold though I wasn't prepared to sit so close to the ice but still was so worth it!
