Great Wolf Lodge July 2010

Scotland's parents took us and his brother and wife to the Great Wolf Lodge this past weekend! We stayed 3 whole nights and had such a blast!! Our room was HUGE and it was so nice to have the indoor water park right there in the hotel. This place is truly amazing and I can't wait to go back!

First thing we did when we checked in our room was celebrate Uncle Chris's 24th Birthday! It was that day so he pretended that we were all there to go swimming for his birthday party


Next we got our suit's and flip flops on and headed down to swim!

After this picture was taken I realized that Mason is way to big to be picked up now!? This kid is 43lbs solid!! So heavy!

Mason loved going across these floating lilly pads

He was pretty dang good at it too....

His uncle Chris had a little more trouble?!....J/K :)



We soaked up some sun.....

Some of us did a little "TOO" much... "OUCH!"

And there's more to do there than just swim. Here Mason is going on a Magic Quest with his wand that "magically" unlocks secret treasure chest's and little hidden thing's through out the whole hotel! He loved this part (Thank you Bridget and Avery for saving us about $50 and letting us barrow yours!)



Mason also got to go to a special class with Grandma and learn about "bull-frogs"


We went out to eat at this cute little restaurant nearby for Chris's birthday. Very yummy food!


Yep that's a spoonful of ketchup...yuck!




We also ate at "The Loose Moose" one of the nights, which is the restaurant in the lodge. It's an all you can eat buffet and we really took advantage of that! This place was soooooo good. Highly recommend it to anyone that goes to the Great Wolf Lodge!

At night there was story time for all the kids down in the lobby at the clock tower





Chace drinking "MY" Hot chocolate! All the parents were looking at us because I'm sure they thought it was coffee since it was from Starbucks?!

Awoooooooo"! Mason loved doing that :)

We got to take a picture with "Wiley" Coyote. The hotel's mascot.

We played games down in the lobby

And up in the arcade room


Here I am in front of a game I won 250 tickets at!

Here is Mike in front of the game he was determined to win at. "Deal or No Deal"......but in the end there was "No Deal!?"



860 tickets later we had one happy little boy!

The boys even had fun just taking a bath in our hotel room. This bath was so deep, we couldn't even fill it up all the way or it would go over Chace's head.

And of course jumping on the bed is fun where ever you go....

And that was just the first day! Then we woke up and did it all over again 2 more times!!

We had such a great time and made so many great memories.
