Thanksgiving

This year we spent Thanksgiving at my parents house. It was also celebrated two days late due to Scotland having to work. So glad none of my family seemed to mind. My brother and his family came down and stayed a night. My boys love playing with their cousins. Here are the captured memories of the holiday.



This year April and I cooked the Thanksgiving dinner and gave my mom a break. I think it turned out great and so yummy! Plus it was so much fun! I cooked the turkey this year and it actually turned out perfect! The recipe I tried will defiantly be put in my keepsake recipe box! I love cooking and was grateful to have the opportunity to do that for my family.


My mom is now wearing a patch over her eye since it is opening now and making her dizzy. So to make light of the whole situation my mom had Elise draw a eye on the patch. She loved it and the kids thought it was so funny. The patch doesn't bother them at all they still love their Nana just the same!
