Love is in the air!

I LOVE February...not only because this is the month we get our tax return but because of all the cute thing's that come with this month! I loved getting my Valentine cards as a kid ready to hand out to all my friends! (I just might have to do that this year!? :) But it's also fun helping Mason decorate his "card box" for pre-school and get his Valentine cards ready too.

I put cute ribbon around the boxes with his picture on them and a ring on top. (all the kids in his pre-school class are girls so I knew we couldn't go wrong putting rings on top)

I had to do something crafty this month so I made a little sign out of Valentine paper to hang on the door

I also made these for friends and for my girls I visit teach (they haven't got them yet so sorry to spoil the surprise but when I come to visit teach you, you get one of these)It's a olive can with a cute ribbon magnet on top and a tag that says "Olive being your friend"

This morning I made egg sandwiches for breakfast and cut out heart shaped bread with a cookie cutter then put the cookie cutter on the skillet and poured the egg in it to make heart shaped scrambled eggs. Mason loved it!

Tonight we made "Valentine" graham cracker houses. This is one of Mason's favorite things to do for Christmas and now I think we will make a tradition of doing them for Valentine's day as well! (Thanks Emily for the idea and for all your extras!!)

Chace was more interested in eating then decorating....

Mason was very proud of his house....

and couldn't wait to start eating it....literally.

Chace was content with his "undecorated" house and was happy to just eat the candy

Here is my house didn't have a whole lot of time to work on it

Some updated pic.'s of the boy's...
