Grandma & Grandpas visit/ Halloween

Every time Grandma & Grandpa come to visit I tell myself Im going to carry my camera around all the time and get lots of pictures because we dont get to see them very much but then I forget and get wrapped up in the excitement my boys have when they are here. But I got a few.....

Saturday they took us all the see "Toy story 3" DISNEY ON ICE. We had such a good time and the boys loved it! I wish I could of took some video of Chaces face when a character came skating out. He would light up and clap his hands so fast waving and saying "HI" as if they can hear him.....priceless!

Eating cotton candy

Shows about to start

The Claw!

Zurg

Hammy

It was a great show! Thanks so much for taking us Grandma and Grandpa!!

Then that night we had my parents come over for a little costume Halloween party we were having. Another fun night that the boys absolutely loved!

This is Scotland dressed as Mickey Mouse...you can tell he is thrilled to be dressed up!?

I was kinda a cop out this year but I stuck the alien hat we got at Disney on ice and called it good enough.

Grandma & Grandpa went as Kater Shop baseball players. That's the clothing company they own and I guess use to sponsor a baseball team back in the days.

Mason was Bumble bee and Chace was Optimus Prime

We had good soup and dessert

And played fun games.....

My dad even got into it!

This was a fishing game we played over the pantry door.....boys loved this one!!

Then outside to blow bubbles

Then on Halloween the fun continued.....(minus Grandpa that had to get back home to work) We went trick or treating around the downtown businesses. A tradition we have done every year. The boys got lots of candy and it's fun passing people you know on the streets.

We ran into our family friend Shane that is running for city council...He gave Scot and Grandma a shirt to wear around so they went as walking billboards for Halloween.

They loved trick or treating....

But Mason would always run ahead and try to get to the next place as fast as he could leaving little Chace behind.

I remember this picture...Chace said, "Hey someone just stuck a piece of paper in my bag"!?

Here's all their candy from the first round of trick or treating

We made some chips and dip and ate soup....

Then headed back out again to do more trick or treating around our neighborhood....

Which just added to the loot pile! The boys had so much fun this year for Halloween .

Here are some random pictures that Chace took of us with my camera.....

Thanks again Grandma and Grandpa for making the visit. Your such a big help Barb. Please come again soon! Thanks for the time you spent with the boys and everything you have taught them.
