Sorry my camera doesn't take very good close up pictures....
Doesn't the french fries look so real!
The bun's are yellow cake mix cupcakes cut in half. The lettuce is green dyed coconut flakes stuck on with white frosting to look like mayo.Next I put some red frosting to look like ketchup or a tomato which ever you prefer? Then I put a piece of cheese on. Not real cheese that would be gross!? It's frosting that I dyed yellow and mixed with a whole bunch of powdered sugar. Then rolled it out and cut into small squares. The patty was just a chocolate cupcake sliced ( I got about 2 or 3 patties out of one choc. cupcake) then a little more white frosting for mayo and the bottom bun. I put a little bit of sugar water on the top bun with a paint brush and sprinkled sesame seeds on top. But when I was done I just thought of a good idea instead of the sesame seeds I could have used toasted coconut bit's and it probably would have looked just that same and tasted better. The fries I made out of a then layer of sheet cake cut into fry strips and then broiled to make the edges brown and crispy. They were a big hit in his class! This is how I served them up it looked just like a cafeteria in the back of his class.
Some kids in his class....
Chace and Mason loved being in his class....
And loved being out at recess....

This is the whole class singing him Happy Birthday....
Hope you have a happy birthday dad and we can't wait to go out for "Hamburgers" tonight for your birthday dinner! :)
